How to check out with Clearpay

To check out, you must use a supported browser. In-app browsers, like Instagram or Twitter's browsers, don't support Clearpay’s functionality.

Follow these steps during checkout:

1. In the Payment field, select Clearpay.

2. Enter your billing address.

3. Click Continue, then Continue with Clearpay.

4. Log into your Clearpay account, or create a new account, accept the terms, and add your payment details.

5. Review a summary of your future payments, and confirm the transaction.

After confirming your payment, you’ll be redirected to the Ross Oliver Order Confirmed page.

You will receive a order confirmation email from Ross Oliver, and may receive emails from Clearpay about your payment plan, depending on your settings in your account.

All customer payment plans are managed entirely by Clearpay, including late payments and delinquency.

Clearpay eligibility

• You’re located in the UK

• You meet Clearpay’s eligibility requirements

• You’re under their Clearpay credit limit

• Your order total is over one pound, and under £1,000.

Refunds with Clearpay

When an order is cancelled or an order refund is processed, the payment is returned to Clearpay from Ross Oliver. From there, Clearpay refund the customer’s down payment, and any installments they’ve made so far. If a partial refund is issued, the customer’s payment plan changes to reflect the new balance.
